  Customer service has taken a dive big time. We went there for some bin kill pest control things for wheelie bins. They weren't in the place that they use to be so we asked a staff member. We were informed that Bunnings didn't have anything like that and never had stocked them. Umm... Really? We found them ourselves further down the aisle.
  
  It has happened a few times in the few months. The standard answer seems to be, Don't have it, don't know, don't care and not my problem.
  
  When we first moved to the area 5 years ago and did lots of work on the house, staff were great at ordering products in or recommending and demonstrating things.
  
  What has happened to customer service?
